I’ll be honest, since my time outside has been limited, my makeup has been pretty simple. I was never really one to go for the no-makeup-makeup look, but I find myself going towards it more and more. Even when I was full faced on the regular, lip balm is a must. My lips are EXTREMELY dry almost at all times. When Mary Kay sent these new Intuitive pH Lip Balms, I was curious to see how they would perform.
A skincare product I’ve started to use more and more has been facial oils. I feel like facial oils have really exploded in the last little while and I’ve collected a few that I really like. Recently, I’ve been using more skincare than makeup. This is just due to being inside with quarantine and not really feeling like doing a full face.
I’ve been trying new skincare left, right, and centre lately! I obviously love trying new things, but to get the reviews up take awhile (I usually like to test for at least 3-4 weeks)! Today, I’ll lay out my thoughts on Mary Kay’s newest skincare line, Naturally. The line is free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, syntehetic dyes and SLS/SLES. Custom palettes are always a hit for me. I feel like I end up using pretty specific colours for my eyeshadows so being able to pick exactly what I want is very appealing. In the fall, Mary Kay launched their Chromafusion line. Mary Kay markets these shadows as 12 hour wear which is pretty impressive. I had the lucky chance to check out ALL the colours in the collection and I picked my favs.
Hi beauty lovers! Today I have a new-ish launch from Mary Kay. They released four limited edition matte lipsticks in bold colours! When I first opened these up I was in shock how BRIGHT they look! I was definitely looking forward to trying them out and seeing how they wear!
Brow products are one thing that I feel like I never really deviate from. I have my core products I always turn to, and that is that! I recently got sent some of the new Mary Kay brow products which I was both excited and nervous for! They came at the perfect time as my current stash of brow backups was depleting fast! It’s almost comforting thinking about spring, especially when winter still is in full swing! One way I get my mind on warmer thoughts is through new makeup launches! Mary Kay has a couple of new items out for spring so I thought I would share!
Lipsticks are one of my vices. I feel like I have tons in my collection and it doesn’t seem to be shrinking anytime soon! When I was sent the new Mary Kay Gel Semi-Shine Lipsticks to try out, I was excited! I was able to get pretty good results from their Semi-Matte lipsticks (review can be found here), so I had high hopes!
Hi friends! Another post coming at you and it’s about the Mary Kay Fall 2017 collection. When this arrived at my doorstep I was instantly in love with the mauves, deep purples and blues. I’ve had a chance to play around with some of the bits and pieces for a bit and I can definitely say I’m smitten!
Hi Folks! Today I have a review of a new Mary Kay launch, their TimeWise Vitamin C Activating Squares. This is an interesting product as it’s one of the first products to utilize pure vitamin C. With it, I have the Mary Kay TimeWise Tone Correcting Serum to test out too! I’ve been using this for about a month now, and definitely have an opinion on these!
