Review: Saje Diffuser and Best of Saje Essential Oil Blends

If you read my recent post, A Beauty Blogger’s Guide When Feeling Sick, you’ll know that I have a Saje diffuser and loving it! I got it back last year for my birthday along with the Best of Saje Deluxe Diffuser Blends! I thought I would talk through how I use it, and what my favourite blends are from the collection!

Saje is one of the most well-known aromatherapy places in Canada, selling everything from air diffusers, reeds, candles, essential oils, and more. In my opinion, I think they really got off the ground and more popular in recent years thanks to their air diffusers.

The Saje AromaBreeze in white is the diffuser I have. Saje has many models to choose from, and the AromaBreeze is one of the upper-mid range models. The price of the diffuser is dependent on the misting duration (in hours) and how many square ft the mist will cover. With both of these in mind and thinking about the space, you should be able to find a good option.

The diffuser itself plugs into a regular electrical outlet. The upper part of the diffuser is removable to place your water in. Saje also gives you a little water measuring cup. I’m not too exact in my measurements, but this little cup is handy to fill it up either way.

The process itself is extremely simple. You fill the diffuser up with water and then add your favourite essential oils. I think most recommend 5-10 drops depending on the potency you want. In terms of cleaning, I asked Saje on twitter (they are extremely helpful through social media) what the recommended option was and here is their response:

The Best of Saje set is fantastic for those with a new diffuser. This kit contains 6 blends:

  • Tranquility
  • Spa Spirit
  • Refresh
  • Rain Forest
  • Liquid Sunshine
  • Exhale

My favourite two of the bunch are Spa Spirit (a calming scent that does remind me of the spa) and Liquid Sunshine (a wonderful cheery citrus scent). This set is great that includes some good scents to introduce you to diffusing essential oils.

And there is a quick overview on my Saje diffusing materials! Do you have a diffuser? Any favourite blends?

Thanks for reading! Have a great day!
