Hi there! My last post was about the new Wet n Wild Goth-o-Graphic collection. You can read all about my thoughts (along with swatches) there, but today I have a Versus post featuring one of the items from that collection. Right when I saw the Mega Glo Highlighting Stick in Hell-o Darkness* the first thing I thought was it looked EXACTLY like the Milk Makeup Holographic Stick in Supernova. So as one does, I have a full comparison of the two!

Brand Collections: Wet n Wild Goth-o-Graphic

wetnwild goth-o-graphic

It’s been no surprise that Wet n Wild has quickly become one of my favourite drugstore brands. The quality is top notch and they seem to introduce new collections similar to that of high end brands. Wet n Wild’s newest collection is Goth-o-Graphic which combines the pastels of spring with the 90’s gothic grunge. I was sent a few pieces in the collection and I thought I would share some thoughts!

Versus: New Drugstore Setting Sprays (Wet n Wild, Essence, Hard Candy)

drugstore setting spray

If you’ve read my Versus post comparing Urban Decay All Nighter and Deslick, you’ll know that I’m a huge fan of Deslick. I’ve tried a lot of setting sprays over the years, but none have really stood up to Deslick. A place I really haven’t searched for setting sprays is the drugstore. Versus: ABH Modern Renaissance and Wet n Wild Color Icon Rose in the Air

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Wet n Wild Rose in the Air

A palette that has taken the makeup world by absolute storm is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. When I first got it, I was a bit hesitant, but after owning it for awhile now, I’m SO glad I made the purchase. It’s one of my most used palettes!

At the Wet n Wild 2018 product launch event, they were showcasing the repackaged and reformulated Color Icon eyeshadow palettes. One of the 10 pan palettes, Rose in the Air, looks SCARILY similar to Modern Renaissance. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do a versus post on them.

My Highlighter Collection

Hello friends! This post was a bit spur of the moment, but when inspiration strikes, you take advantage right? Today I’m doing a quick overview of my highlighter collection. Up until Champagne Pop, I wasn’t actually into highlighers. My collection has exploded though, so I thought I would share! Enjoy!

Brand Collection: Wet n Wild 2017 Collection Favs

wet n wild

Hi friends! I recently got the chance to go to a Wet N Wild 2017 launch party and was gifted most of the new collection. Wet n Wild is a major drugstore favourite for me just because of the quality coupled with their unreal price point. The brand is cruelty free and PETA approved which also gets major brownie points. I’ve been trying out some of the products, and there are some definite wins that I wanted to share! There are face products, lip products, and a product to take it all off!
