Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection

Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection

Hi friends! So if you haven’t heard, peaches have taken over the beauty world. Back in March, Too Faced released their Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette. People went bananas (or should I say peaches?) over the palette. It was so popular that Too Faced brought it back including a slew of other products. I actually did a full review of the palette (which you can read here), so I’m just going to chat about three other products in the collection I was gifted: The Sweet Glow face palette, the Papa Don’t Peach blush, and a Creamy Peach Oil lip gloss.

1. Sweet Peach Glow Palette

First up is the Sweet Glow Palette. I’ve seen some pretty negative reviews of this, but I actually really like it. The highlighter is very pretty and I find gives that icy shine look which I like. I also really like that there is a bit a of colour to the highlighter.

The blush is (surprise surprise) peach toned. One of the major complaints about this was the pigmentation, but I really didn’t notice this. I actually tend to over blush so this actually really helped that. In my opinion it gives a very natural flush glow.

The bronzer is quite original in my collection just because I don’t have very many shiny bronzers. Most are matte (used for contouring too) or they are really really sparkly. This is a perfect in between as I can use it as a blush with a light hand, or I can add a very light bronzed glow around my temples and cheekbones.

This palette is steep at $52 CAD, but I like that it gives a ‘chrome’ shine versus an overtly glittery shine. This in itself makes it worth it because it’s something different in my collection.

2. Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in Pure Peach

I wasn’t too sure about this as I’m not a huge gloss person, but I was pleasantly surprised. This goes on smooth with a bit of pigment that’s noticeable on the lips. This is very moisturzing and not sticky at all. I don’t find it lasts that long, but glosses never do. I’m surprised how much I reach for this!

3. Papa Don’t Peach Blush

Isn’t the blush name just the cutest? This is not a new blush for Too Faced, but it’s been repackaged for the Sweet Peach collection. The first thing I noticed was the completely crazy price of this, $38, excuse me while I die inside a bit. What I can say though is that if you like the colour, this doesn’t disappoint. I love this blush. It’s gives a very natural and pretty glow. This is a bit more pigmented than the blush in the Glow palette, so there’s that too.

In closing, this is probably the least original post ever, but I’m very happy with all three of these products. All of them have a great formula and are perfect for an everyday look. The only thing about this collection that hits you in the gut is the price. With that being said though, I’m using all three (including the Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette) quite a bit, so if the colours really speak to you, I would consider looking into them!

Here are all the products used on my face. As you can see the face products are light, but I actually really like that it gives a super natural glow. And that eye palette?!? My absolute fav. 🙂

Also, since Leah ordered off of Too Faced, she got this cute little plastic pencil case/ makeup bag. Sweet as a peach indeed!

Thanks so much for reading! Hope you have a great day!

  1. Super pretty! I never liked peaches and corals until years after wearing blush as I always felt that orange brought out the yellow tones in my skin too much. However I do appreciate a good peach now and I think the blush and gloss look fab!
